Hosting

This website is hosted as a static site on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the pages are requested, GitHub processes technically necessary server log data: IP address, time of access, requested file and the transmitted browser identifier (user agent).

The purpose of this processing is the technical operation, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional service). GitHub processes this data partly on servers in the United States. GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics or tracking services. There is no audience measurement and no profiling. Beyond the technical operation handled by the host, no data is transferred to third parties.

Self-hosted fonts

All fonts are served locally from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party servers, and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.

Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the details you send solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request concerns the initiation of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

This website links to external services (ai-mods.de). When you follow these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply, over whose processing I have no influence.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
